How Our Process Works

STEP 1
Fill out the seller's qualification form and provide as much information as possible about your property, your mortgage, and the best time to schedule a call.

STEP 2
During our call, we will discuss the best solution for you to walk away with cash, answer any questions, and schedule a time for a physical walkthrough of the property.

STEP 3
After the walkthrough, as long as the property meets our inspection and renovation criteria, we will be prepared to sign a purchase & sales agreement with you.
​
STEP 4
Once the agreement is signed, our attorney will conduct a title search, contact the foreclosure trustee for payoff and reinstatement amount, and schedule a date for closing.
​
STEP 5
Once the deed is transferred at closing, you will receive your cash, the foreclosure will be prevented, and your credit will be back in good standing for your next chapter in life.

Step 1
Complete the business funding application or the business seller's questionnaire form and provide as much information as possible about your business.
Step 2
Our funding specialist or acquisitions manager will schedule a time to gather additional information from you in order to submit to our underwriter for approval.
Step 3
Once you're approved, we will contact you to confirm your deposit so you will have the working capital to keep your business growing!
