How our bookkeeping solutions work:

​

Initial strategy call: After you submit the initial assessment form below, we will schedule a strategy call to discuss the best bookkeeping solution for you.​ This will depend on the number of entities, bank accounts, and transactions you have. 

​​

Onboarding and configuration: Once you are onboarded as a client, we will work with you to set up a QuickBooks subscription or get access to your current subscription. Our team will work with you to connect all bank accounts and configure the settings to reflect your daily transactions. 

​

• We will provide you with a list of common deductions that will assist you with your day-to-day transactions.

 

• We encourage you to download the QuickBooks app in order to input any manual transactions on the go.

Ongoing client success: Our team will monitor your account, reconcile your daily transactions, and submit a monthly report of your profit and loss statement. We may reach out to you periodically to confirm any transactions that are new or unusual, so we can accurately reconcile them.

Consultant assessment: Once your transactions have been tracked for at least 30 days (sometimes 60 to 90 days are needed), our consultants will conduct an assessment to make recommendations and to determine what creative strategies need to be implemented.

• We will keep your QuickBooks account accurate so our consultants can easily determine creative ways to assist you in minimizing taxes, maximizing deductions, and implementing new revenue streams.

• We are always available to answer any questions you have and to work with your CPA or ensure that your annual tax returns can be filed without any bookkeeping report issues.

Starter $299 a month (This package is for 1 entity and 1 bank account with up to 50 transactions)

 

Small Business $499 a month (This package is for 1 entity and 2 bank accounts with up to 100 transactions for both).

 

Enterprise $699 a month (This package is for 1 entity and 3 bank accounts with up to 200 transactions for all accounts).

 

• We prepare monthly financial reports for your P&L statements.
